Our latest accommodation is a superb conversion of the original farm Tool Shed. It resides in the same traditional sandstone barn as 'The Granary' and enjoys the same spectacular views to the north and west.

Providing luxurious accommodation for a couple, this is the ideal retreat for a romantic break, a relaxing holiday or as a base from which to explore the surrounding area.

The Tool Shed is light, airy and extremely spacious. It is equipped to the highest possible standard and features an outstanding craftsmen-built, wooden spiral staircase leading from the lounge area to the mezzanine bedroom.

The Dining Area has a circular table with seating for 2 adults. As an alternative, you can enjoy your evening meal on the Patio during the warmer summer months.

The sunsets in summer are often stunning in this part of the world and the Patio is perfect for viewing the spectacle.

The living area receives ample natural light from the west facing windows. The stained glass window on the east wall augments the light level and is very attractive, especially on sunny mornings.

The mezzanine bedroom overlooks the lower living area and enhances the spacious atmosphere of the Tool Shed.

There is ample storage space in the built-in wardrobe and this is augmented by a drawer unit on either side of the bed and a dressing table.

Natural light is provided from the sky light windows which offer a superb panoramic view from the village of Kippen to Ben Lomond and the Menteith Hills.

The kitchen is directly below the mezzanine area and is fitted with a microwave, an oven, 4 ring hob, fridge, kettle, etc.

The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen and features a powerful electric shower.

Laundry facilities (an automatic washing machine) is located in the bathroom.
