Another
tasty sideline that Fiona somehow fits into her busy schedule
is the creation of jams, jellies and chutneys.
These superb preserves are made from locally grown produce (wherever
possible) and are in great demand.
Plums, damsons, raspberries and strawberries are made into delicious
jams. Gooseberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants produce the
best jellies and oranges and lemons are used in her marmalade
and lemon curd.
Many of the ingredients of her chutneys are actually grown in
the Fordhead garden.
